🔧 Labor Foreman (Rigging / Data Center Support)
Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise labor crews on-site
-Coordinate daily tasks with welders and project supervisors
-Oversee equipment movement, staging, and installation support
-Ensure safety procedures and jobsite standards are followed
-Assist hands-on as needed with rigging-style labor duties
Requirements:
-Prior experience as a labor foreman or lead
-Knowledge of rigging, industrial, or heavy equipment environments
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to travel (travelers welcome – per diem provided)
🛠Labor Helper (Rigging / Data Center Support)
Responsibilities:
-Assist welders and tradesmen with equipment installation
-Help with material handling, staging, and cleanup
-Perform general labor tasks as assigned
-Support rigging-style work in an industrial setting
-Follow safety guidelines and directions from supervisors
Requirements:
-Ability to perform physically demanding work
-Willingness to help with any task assigned
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
-Reliable, hard-working, and safety-minded
-Open to travel (travelers welcome – per diem provided)
