I have a large house with room for a female only wanted. House is brand new really nice. You have a place to park 2 tvs office area large soda with recliners small refrigerator. Ac and heat. Does not have bath but you will have access to bath room inside of my house which is located on the property.

Located Sunset LA 8 miles north of Lafayette
2 children are welcome
Looking for woman only
Rent $850 deposit $850 willing to split in half.
Must have good attitude
Must love children
Must be approve and meet standards
Absolutely NO SMOKING NO WHERE ON PROPERTY.
Tenant will have access to large backyard including a playground for children, hot tub, firepit, a garden and I will be adding a swimming pool. I live in a very quiet community. All Utilitys paid for in cluded in the rent.
