Pets - Max 2 allowed, Max weight 100 lb each Comments: Woof, woof, meow, meow! We love our furry friends. Emberwood Apartments is a pet-friendly community! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet and $100 pet fee for a second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $15 for one pet, or $25 for two pets.
